About Us

Savoré was born from a journey built between technique, experience and a deep curiosity about the world of cooking.

Founded by Iris Maria, the project is grounded in classical French cuisine training at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, combined with experiences and courses in different parts of the world — from Malaysia to Japan, from Greece to Spain, Mexico and Australia. Different cultures that today influence the way every detail is considered.

As Savoré grew, this journey gave rise to a team that shares the same vision: a careful, sensitive and intentional cuisine, where ingredients, pace and context are respected.

Savoré develops catering experiences for companies and events, creates bespoke menus and runs cooking courses. Each proposal is built in a close and personalised way, seeking to respond not only to the moment, but also to the people living it.
